Returns because of any error or fault on our part of course are fully refunded or exchanged,
but otherwise we have to charge a 15% re-stocking fee. We process and check all orders manually
from the shopping cart so there is always a person checking your order
- and any comments you write there - before the order is completed. Your credit card is not charged until your order is complete and ready for despatch
