Small orders are sent by regular Australia Post and an Express Post option is available at additional cost. All orders over about $100 are sent by Expess Post. If you have paid extra for Express Post and we are not able to dispatch your order within 2 business days we sent it express but charge you only the regular post fee.

All Carb-I-Tool router bits, tools and parts are fully warrantied free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any faulty item and pay your return postal costs. This warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling.
Please e-mail us before returning any item. Make sure that return packaging is adequate, as carbide cutters can be damaged easily if not packed properly. In line with industry practice, returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $5). This is generally not applied if you are exchanging returns for other items in our catalogue, but we may need to charge the postage costs of sending the replacement items.
